I built FrUn after years working fractionally myself and seeing what was missing: real community, shared resources, and support that makes fractional work sustainable long term.
Today, my focus is fully on building and evolving Fractionals United®.
How I Got Here
Before founding Fractionals United®, I spent a decade as a fractional COO and workflow consultant, working with startups and established companies to design operations systems that actually fit — their stage, their team, and how they wanted to work — and to free the CEO to focus on their areas of strength.
That same RightSized systems thinking informs how I approach work, leadership, and life.
